Shipping Policy – Amyliz Collections
At Amyliz Collections, we’re committed to getting your order out quickly and with care. Please review our shipping policy below for everything you need to know about how and when your items will ship.
Processing Time
- In-Stock Items (Excludes Graphic Tees): Ship within 2–3 business days.
- Graphic Tees: Made in-house and typically ship within 7 business days.
Business days are Monday–Friday and exclude holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
- We offer a flat shipping rate of $7.99 on all orders.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delays & Address Issues
- Shipping timelines may be affected by carrier delays, especially during holidays or severe weather events. These are outside of our control.
- Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Order Issues
- If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package, please reach out to the carrier first.
- For lost or damaged packages, contact us at amyliz.collections@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Preorders & Backorders
- Estimated ship dates for preorders or backordered items are listed in the product description. We will notify you if delays occur.
