Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Amyliz Collections
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery or purchase to return or exchange eligible items.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase (email or text receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.
Items Not Eligible
- Made-to-order graphic tees are non-returnable unless there is a defect or issue with the item.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Pop-Up Event Purchases
Items purchased at our pop-up events are eligible for return or exchange, as long as you provide a proof of purchase (email or text receipt). Standard return and exchange guidelines apply.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, email amyliz.collections@gmail.com with your name, order or receipt info, and item details. We’ll provide next steps and a prepaid return label if eligible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We’ll notify you of the return status.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
- A $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if you use our prepaid label.
Please allow a few business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or style:
- Let us know when you contact us.
- Exchanges will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.
- We’ll cover standard shipping costs for the new item going out.
